Grand Kenya Expedition

Upon arrival in Nairobi international airport, you will be transferred to Nairobi Hotel. Overnight stay at Nairobi.

After a sumptuous breakfast in Nairobi hotel ,with a orientation tour of Nairobi city, depart for Maasai Mara Game Reserve along the Great Rift Valley. Picnic lunch en route. On arrival proceed for a game drive in search of black manned lions, elephants, leopards, cheetah, buffaloes and other plain game. Return to Lenchada tourist camp for dinner. Overnight stay at Masai mara.

After breakfast proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic Savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight at the campsite.

After breakfast depart for a tradtional Maasai tribal village. This 1 hour visit to a Maasai village will give you a chance to interact with the Masaai people and get a glimpse into their culture,unique lifestyle.You can also witness firsthand some of their customs and practices , then depart to Nakuru, with lunch on the way. After arriving in the evening check in to your hotel and relax. Dinner and overnight at Nakuru hotel.

After early breakfast proceed to the park where you will see a lot of Flamingos among birds about 350 species recorded. This is also home to the black and the white Rhinoceros. The park has also been established for the protection of endangered species such as the Rhino and also home to Columbus Monkeys, Leopards, Giraffes and a variety of plain Antelope. In the late afternoon drive to Naivasha. Dinner and Overnight at Naivasha.

After early breakfast proceed to Hells Gate National Park where you will have a chance to visit the Geothermal Power Plant in Olkaria and the Hot Springs. This is the only park that allows transport by walking and cycling. Later with picnic lunch on the way depart to Amboseli via Nairobi. Arrive and check in at Amboseli.

A day of game drive in this park which contains swamp grounds in which Elephants & Hippos bathe in abundance. A variety of plains game, antelopes and birds can also be seen and Mt. Kilimanjaro’s peak too if weather conditions permit. We will cater for picnic lunches return to AMBOSELI.Overnight at Amboseli .

After breakfast leave campsite for Nairobi Airport. Drop off at the airport ending the safari. Take our flight back to India.
